He comprado dos artículos online y, después de haber tardado una semana en mandar el paquete (después de escribirles) me llega solo un producto, pero el otro producto si que aparece en la página como existente, no sé porqué no lo han enviado.. Les escribo para arreglar la incidencia y nunca me han contestado. El peor servicio online, falta de profesionalidad y respeto al cliente, nunca volveré a comprar.
Very bad online experience.
I have bought two articles online and, after taking a week to send the package (after writing), only one product arrives, but the other product does appear on the page as existing, I do not know why they have not sent it. I am writing to fix the issue and they have never answered me. The worst online service, lack of professionalism and customer respect, I will never buy again.
