★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa cobra muitos impostos aos restaurantes, cada vez há mais restaurantes aderentes, recebo o subsidio de refeição pela Edenred e não dá ara pagar em quase sitio nenhum, mandei email a dizer que muitos tinham cancelado o contrato com eles e que já não podia usa nesse restaurante e a resposta foi para eu sugerir esse restaurante a eles !!! Enfim Péssimo apoio a cliente também.
This company charges a lot of taxes to restaurants, there are more and more participating restaurants, I receive the meal subsidy from Edenred and I can't pay almost anywhere, I sent an email saying that many had canceled the contract with them and that I could no longer use it. at this restaurant and the answer was for me to suggest this restaurant to them!!! Anyway Terrible customer support too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mau pois sempre que tento atualizar o saldo na aplicação NUNCA atualiza... ou seja, andamos sempre sem saber o saldo ao certo e acabamos por ficar mal, pois não tenho saldo e não tenho como saber! Para que serve a aplicação se não funciona sempre que é preciso?!
Too bad because whenever I try to update the balance in the application, it NEVER updates... that is, we always don't know the balance for sure and we end up looking bad, because I don't have a balance and I can't know! What's the use of the application if it doesn't work every time it needs to?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They steal money from the restaurants owners, first they said it’s free of charge, if we accept any card from edenred. now they are saying each 5€ the restaurant owner has to pay 0,08 cent? Still we pay 40€ per month to the bank
