Não são sérios. Entregaram-me hoje um sofá com a Guia n.0205024, pediram assinatura e sem mencionarem que eu ignorava qualquer defeito, quando sabem que roçaram o sofá e tinha um buraco. É uma vergonha trabalharem deste modo.
Por mim, não faz nenhum transporte mais. E não assumem a situação, perante quem os contratou! Um modo de prejudicar parveitos de trabalho!
I give 1 star because I can't give 0.
They're not serious. Today they gave me a sofa with Guide n.0205024, asked for a signature and without mentioning that I was unaware of any defect, when they knew that the sofa had been brushed and it had a hole. It's a shame they work this way.
For me, it doesn't do any more transport. And they don't assume the situation, before those who hired them! A way to harm parts of work!
