Comprei uma placa em fevereiro e até hoje, não recebi a encomenda. A loja alega ruptura do stock. Nunca deram uma satisfação, fui sempre eu que tive que estabelecer contacto para saber o ponto de situação. Até hoje, não tem previsão de entrega. Péssimo serviço e muita arrogância.
I bought a plate in February and until today, I haven't received the order. The store claims stockouts. They never gave a satisfaction, it was always me who had to establish contact to know the situation. Until today, there is no forecast of delivery. Bad service and a lot of arrogance.

Fiz encomenda online de um termoacumulador Teka e correu tudo bem recomendo! Ligaram me no dia da entrega de manhã a informar o horário previsto. A melhorar sugeria apenas a possibilidade de pagar por Cartão Visa.
I placed an order for a Teka water heater online and it went well, I recommend it! They called me on the day of the morning delivery to inform me of the estimated time. The improvement suggested only the possibility of paying by Visa Card.

Fiz o pedido duma máquina de lavar loiça. Quando disseram que o pedido ia demorar mínino um mês decidi cancelar o pedido. A partir de aí foi só e-mail sem resposta e chamadas telefónicas a brincar com a gente e mentir a afirmar que já tinham feito a devolução do dinheiro. Afortunadamente fiz o pagamento com a PayPal que resolveu o assunto e aclarou que se a electroradio houvesse querido, tivesse feito o reembolso enseguida porque era só fazer click no botão de "reembolso". Eles foram mesquinhos e de propósito deixaram o processo avançar sem responder até que a PayPal resolveu. Ainda bem que desde o início resolvi comprar uma outra máquina na Worten e não ficar a espera das vossas excelências.
I ordered a dishwasher. When they said that the order would take at least a month, I decided to cancel the order. From then on, it was just unanswered e-mails and phone calls playing with us and lying and claiming that they had already refunded the money. Luckily I made the payment with PayPal which resolved the matter and clarified that if electroradio had wanted it, it would have made the refund then because it was just a matter of clicking on the "refund" button. They were petty and purposely let the process go forward without responding until PayPal resolved. Thankfully, from the beginning I decided to buy another machine at Worten and not wait for your excellence.

No seguimento da última encomenda, houve um erro da minha parte numa referência de um dos produtos. Solicitei a troca por um produto de menor valor, e mesmo após ter passado os14 dias estabelecidos na lei, este fornecedor foi extremamente compreensivo e disponível para ajudar efetuando a troca sem qualquer custo e ainda devolvendo a diferença. Só posso agradecer e elogiar o excelente serviço. Recomendo! Obrigado —————————————————————————-Sou de Lisboa, arrisquei comprar online a uma loja do Minho, mas só posso dizer bem da gestão de toda a encomenda. É verdade que nem sempre é fácil que atendam os telefones, mas ainda assim, todo o serviço correu muito bem. Voltaria a comprar lá.
Following the last order, there was an error on my part in a reference for one of the products. I requested an exchange for a lower value product, and even after the 14 days established by law had passed, this supplier was extremely understanding and available to help by making the exchange at no cost and still refunding the difference. I can only thank and commend the excellent service. I recommend! Thanks ——————————————————————————-I'm from Lisbon, I risked buying online from a Minho store, but I can only say good things about the management of the entire order . It is true that it is not always easy for them to answer the phones, but still, the whole service went very well. I would buy there again.

Correu tudo 5* fiz a compra de um forno e uma placa sem confirmar stock estava com entrega prevista para meados de fevereiro recebi hoje mais ou menos 1 semana depois da compra, apenas gostava que o site tivesse stock fica a sugestão de todas as formas muito satisfeito e vou repetir mais compras em esta loja
Everything went 5* I bought an oven and a hob without confirming stock was scheduled to be delivered in mid-February I received it today about 1 week after purchase, I just wish the site had stock is the suggestion anyway satisfied and I will repeat purchases in this store

GOOD SERVICE IN THE END, BUT COULD BE BETTER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE The online catalogue is very good and the price was very competitive. So I ordered a wine fridge and a small freezer. The immediate emailed response after the sale from somebody called Paula was impressive, although that might be an auto-generated message, because she never responded to any follow up emails. I opted for free delivery by paying upfront. It was only then that I looked at the online complaint book ( Livro de Reclamações) and I became a bit concerned about the number of complaints about incorrect deliveries or failure to deliver. I must remember to check that first in future. My email from Paula said I would be contacted to arrange delivery within 2 days and sure enough I received a call after 2 days. Unfortunately the driver did not speak any English and my Portuguese was not good enough. So I handed the call to a friend who is nearly fluent in Portuguese. The driver said he would be at my apartment between 9 & 12 the next day, a Thursday. I stayed in all day, but nothing arrived. This when I contacted their customer service number. Now, as their website is in Portuguese, Spanish and English, you would think they would employ an English speaking customer service representative. NO! On the 5 or 6 times I called, there were no English speaking staff. I know enough Portuguese to ask if anyone spoke English. I received a blunt NO and the phone was hung up. So this is when I tried emailing Paula. No response. I went out on the Friday and of course the lorry driver called me at about 11am and said he was 5 minutes away. As I was an hour away, that was not much good. So over the weekend I emailed Paula again, to no avail. I also sent two texts to the driver's mobile phone. No response! But then, mid morning on Monday, the driver called again and said he was 10 minutes away. I was left to unpack, but that is no great hardship, but the driver did take my old fridge away. So my conclusion is "Good in parts, but could do better with customer service".

They don't answer the phone, so couldn't check stock, which they tell you to do before ordering online. Makes it impossible to buy from them unfortunately.
