Não me devolveram o dinheiro e tive que aceitar uma nota de crédito que não sei quando a vou gastar ou reaver o dinheiro. Tinha sido mais fácil devolverem-me o montante pago, mas não houve essa sensibilifade e tive que me sujeitar. Má experiência.
Experience that started well, with good service, good technical explanations and a lot of availability. The worst was when I had to exchange one of the purchased objects. They didn't return the money to me and I had to accept a credit note that I don't know when I will spend it or get the money back. It had been easier to return the amount paid to me, but there was no such sensitivity and I had to submit. Bad experience.
