★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got stuck for 30 minutes, the elevator company didn‘t help and the fire department couldn‘t find us. Miracously the doors opened after half an hour of agonizing heat and humidity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! Got stuck in the elevator for 40 minutes with 9 persons and around 50 degrees. The bell button didn’t work and the fire department arrived 30 minutes after we called them, but they arrived at the wrong elevator!!
