They ruined my lashes! Do not go here for lash extensions. I went to this place to get lash extensions today. They do NOT attach lashes one-by-one, they attached one lash extension to several of my lashes. This is not how good lash extensions are done! Also: I have several of my natural lashes glued together on my left eye now. Susan (I think was the employees name), showed me the lash lengths they had and told me not to worry they would be too long because if they were she could cut the tips off. First red flag! You do not cut the top of lash extensions because it will be blunt and not pointy and look horrible. Then she started attaching the lashes, after every lash she had re-attached the eyelash tape under my eye and told me to open my eyes and look up for this. I, of course, got glue in my eye every single time and I told her...but she just kept going. After about 30 minutes of this my eye was tearing so bad I told her I don't want to keep going. She gave me a mirror, said it looked pretty and said she could proceed without the tape. For the second eye she then started holding my eye lid up while gluing the lash extension. More glue got into my eye. After another 30 mins of this torture she gave me a mirror and I told her that the left eye's lashes looked very different from the right ones. She said she could fix it by adding 4 more lashes. Once I lay down, she took a tweezer and tried to separate the eye lashes which were glued together on my left eye!! not only did this hurt, she might have ripped my lashes out by trying this. At this point I was so upset, I got up and told her

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here for lash extensions. I came for a fill. As a world traveller, I get all my beauty treatments in new, unfamiliar places and rely on the google reviews. I had read the negative reviews, but they were outdated and I hoped it would be better. I couldn’t wait for the next appointment at the other option in Porto. Well, my mistake. It was very uncomfortable during the process: she kept pushing my eye down, hard, and even glued my eyelids together at one point. My eyes were tearing like crazy, so she’d shove a tissue in. I just had my next fill somewhere else and nearly an hour was spent trying to separate the lashes as multiple natural lashes were glued to each extension. I lost many natural lashes in the process and am really bummed out.

Two friends of mine and I bought package for hair removal and Invictos stole the money. No changes at skin or hair what so ever to all of us. Not even one hair less. Total waste of time and money. Ofc they never recognized it or ever gave receipt.... Horrible.
