★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff and store but not sure my brief was listened to. In all paperwork flowers were suggested that I specifically said I didn’t like as well as my name was also spelt wrong. Attention to detail for wedding flowers is everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just have to say something.. I have been a regular customer. If the owner is in the atmosphere can be cut with a knife. She looks at me like I am below her. She does not realise what a lovely team she has... but after her rudeness to me the other day...I guess I laughed to loud... I know I will find another florist. A florist should be a happy place with the owner communicating with her customers...smiling...and showing some form of gratitude. Without customers no business. Even my friend on her first visited and who runs a florist was shocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They might have good flowers so not commenting on this. But no offers of options of helpful tips to bring costs down. Provided all flower pictures myself. Took a long time to go back. It was originally our suggested one through planner, but things changed. Glad they did, as our new florist was much more helpful.
