★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 리스본에서 여행을 하고 공항에 도착했을 때, 여권을 잃어버린 걸 알았습니다. 지금도 잃어버린 건지 도둑 맞은 건지 알 길이 없지만요.. 하여튼 다음 날 바로 일을 해야했기 때문에 긴급 상황이었지만 금요일 밤이라 반쯤은 포기한 상태로 대사관에 전화를 했습니다. 상황을 설명드리자 긴급 상황이라 생각하시고 올 수 있는 직원 분이 있는지 알아봐 주신다고 했어요. 5분도 안 지나서 바로 연락 주셨구요. 금요일 밤 10시에 직원 분이 저를 위해서 대사관 문을 열어주셨습니다. 지금 생각해도 너무 감사해요 ㅠㅠ 정말 신속하고 프로페셔널하고 친절하셨어요. 무사히 집으로 돌아왔구요, 출근도 차질없이 할 수 있었습니다. 공항에서 잃어버린걸 알아차렸던 순간만 생각하면 지금도 아찔한데, 대사관 분들 덕분에 무사히 넘길 수 있었어요. 정말 감사드립니다.
When I traveled in Lisbon and arrived at the airport, I found out that I had lost my passport. I still have no way of knowing if it was lost or stolen.. Anyway, it was an emergency because I had to work the next day, but I called the embassy with half abandonment on Friday night. When I explained the situation, he thought it was an emergency and said he would check if there were any staff members who could come. He contacted me immediately after less than 5 minutes. At 10 p.m. on Friday night, a staff member opened the embassy door for me. Even now, thank you so much ㅠㅠ He was very quick, professional and kind. I came home safely, and I was able to go to work without any problems. Thinking about the moment I noticed the loss at the airport is still dizzy, but thanks to the embassy, I was able to pass it over safely. Thank you very much.
