The quality is ok in relation to the price, I was a bit disappointed though that the massages are usually only around 40 minutes instead of the announced 60 minutes (but for 10 € still definitely okay). It is rather difficult getting an appointment short term, especially if you are not available during the day. You should plan around 2 weeks ahead.
