★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem organização de agenda, confirmei a hora marcada várias vezes ao telefone, e ao chegar me informaram que o horário era 30 min antes, nem sequer ligaram para confirmar a hora já que eu "estaria atrasada", sai sem o banho do meu cão, e sem nem uma tentativa de atendimento!
 There is no schedule organization, I confirmed the appointment several times on the phone, and when I arrived they informed me that the time was 30 min earlier, they didn't even call to confirm the time since I "would be late", I left without my dog's bath , and without even an attempt to attend!

For years we have bought the feed and sand for our cats at Empório do Bicho and have always been treated impeccably and very helpful. The other reason we bought there so long ago is the availability of good brands at very reasonable prices. Thumbs up!

Excellent service, care and affection for our dog. We were very happy and satisfied. They were very careful in the bath and shearing and left him exactly as we wanted. Our little dog left happy and very beautiful. Really a first class service. I highly recommend!!!!
