Estas pessoas não deviam estar a trabalhar neste serviço! À parte da recepcionista ou menina que atende o telefone, que não teve culpa nenhum e tem de lidar com o stress das pessoas que infelizmente são muito mal tratadas por esta equipa, todos os outros elementos têm uma falta de ética e profissionalismo vergonhoso! Agendei uma mudança com 4 dias de antecedência e no próprio dia, como vejo que estavam atrasados liguei, atendeu-me a tal menina, que me diz que eles fizeram confusão em algo e que não iriam poder fazer a mudança a perguntar se podia ser para outro dia. No meu caso não poderia porque eu ia para fora de lisboa, daí ter marcado para aquele dia. A menina disse que ia tentar arranjar uma solução e voltou a ligar e a marcar comigo para as 16h, voltaram a nao chegar e voltei a ligar ao qual me dizem que tiveram um problema com a carrinha e que nao podiam fazer a mudança. Numa mudança que demoraria menos de 2h perdi a tarde toda e a mudança nao foi feita, tive de contactar à ultima da hora outra equipa de mudanças e graças a Deus encontrei, o que foi muito difícil. Já para nao falar que se nao fosse eu a ligar, nem sequer me tinham informado de nada. Pior serviço de sempre!!! Não aconselho! Atroz a falta de consideração e profissionalismo. Worst service I have ever witnessed! Shameful! They should be closed and I intend to complain to those entitled to make it happen. These people shouldn't be working on this service! Apart from the receptionist or girl who answers the phone, who was not to blame and has to deal with the stress of people who are unfortunately very badly treated by this team, all the other elements have a shameful lack of ethics and professionalism! I scheduled a change 4 days in advance and on the same day, as I see that they were late, I called, answered that girl, who tells me that they made a mistake in something and that they would not be able to make the change asking if it could be for other day. In my case, I couldn't because I was going to be out of Lisbon, so I made an appointment for that day. The girl said she was going to try to find a solution and she called back and made an appointment with me for 4 pm, they didn't come back and I called again who told me they had a problem with the van and that they couldn't make the move. In a change that would take less than 2 hours I lost the whole afternoon and the change was not made, I had to contact another change team at the last minute and thank God I found it, which was very difficult. Not to mention that if it weren't for me calling, they wouldn't even have informed me of anything. Worst service ever !!! I do not advise! Appalling lack of consideration and professionalism.
