When I look at a service, I evaluate the process and its simplicity, I evaluate the product and most importantly I evaluate the care with which it is done. I serve the simplest there is, fresh and well-treated flowers exactly as I asked, and most important of all the attention to the affection and the value attributed to me as a customer made me feel special and appreciated resulting in a successful delivery.
