★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive recentemente uma má experiência com esta Empresa em termos de aplicação do direito à livre resolução. Não aceitaram a devolução de um pequeno componente que ali foi comprado. Utilizaram argumentos pouco consistentes e blindados por razões técnicas pouco fundamentadas. Também tive uma má experiência anterior com prazos de entrega. Recentemente estive cerca de 20 dias a aguardar resposta a um e-mail que enviei a esta Empresa.
I recently had a bad experience with this Company in terms of enforcing the right to free resolution. They did not accept the return of a small component that was purchased there. They used inconsistent and shielded arguments for unsubstantiated technical reasons. I also had a previous bad experience with lead times. I was recently waiting about 20 days for a response to an email I sent to this Company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endress + Hauser Portugal, excelente empresa de engenheira e automação Industrial (Instrumentação Industrial). Fiz uma formação aqui sobre caudalimetros ou seja medidores de fluidos! Tive um grande instrutor (Eng.º. Daniel)... Daqui segui a Suíça (Reinach / Basel (Basileia)) via Paris onde visitei a própria fabrica onde são montados os transmissores e o próprio medidor de caudal. Bastante interessante, aprendi como funciona o medidor de Corilis (Principio de Funcionamento, Montagem mecânica e instalações elétricas e eletrónicas, Manutenção). No final fizemos um teste ao estilo americano (V/F) na qual tive 9 valores de 10.
Recomendação... de quem que aqui estiver e querer saber mais sobre principio das eletrónicas e automação Industrial, não excite contactar o Eng.º. Daniel!
Endress + Hauser Portugal, excellent engineer and industrial automation company (Industrial Instrumentation). I did a training here about flowmeters ie fluid meters! I had a great instructor (Eng. Daniel) ... From here I followed Switzerland (Reinach / Basel (Basel)) via Paris where I visited the factory where the transmitters and the flow meter itself are mounted. Interestingly enough, I learned how the Corilis meter works (Principle of Operation, Mechanical Assembly and Electrical and Electronic Installations, Maintenance). In the end we did an American style test (V / F) in which I had 9 values out of 10.
Recommendation ... whoever is here and wants to know more about the principle of electronics and industrial automation, do not hesitate to contact Eng. Daniel!
