â â â â â Tenho um sistema Energie instalado em casa hĂĄ 5 anos. Estou extremamente satisfeito, com o mesmo, pois a necessidade de manutenção Ă© reduzida. Como apresentado pelo vendedor, consegui uma diminuição considerĂĄvel na fatura de eletricidade, sendo que durante o inverno utilizo aquecimento central com recurso ao mesmo sistema. Aliado a tudo isto Ă© um produto portuguĂȘs.
I have an Energie system installed at home for 5 years. I am extremely satisfied with it, as the need for maintenance is reduced. As presented by the seller, I achieved a considerable decrease in the electricity bill, and during the winter I use central heating using the same system. Allied to all this is a Portuguese product.

Eu comprei ao seu vendedor dois sistemas, o outro veio com a casa. Os sistemas que me venderam nĂŁo usam paineis solares, como clama a Energie. Ă uma mentira para ganharem dinheirro. O que Ă© usado Ă© gĂĄs que Ă© aquecido num painel. Os trĂȘs sistemas avariaram-se. A Energie Lda nunca respondeu aos meus pedidos de ajuda e NUNCA SE DIGNOU SEQUER RESPONDER ĂS QUEIXAS QUE FIZ DOS SISTEMAS. Dois dos sistemas fui forçada a substituir por aquecimento de ĂĄgua normal. O outro sistema fui forçada a substituir o painel onde o gĂĄs se aquece. Um dos sistemas entornou 250l de ĂĄgua para dentro da casa. A Energie sabia que o depĂłsito de vidro era um perigo mas para terem mais lucros venderam-me um depĂłsito que em pouco tempo explodiu. NinguĂ©m na empresa se dignou a explicar-me porque razĂŁo fzem publicidade falsa e me enganaram. TODOS OS EMPREGADOS SĂO ARROGANTES. Um deles disse-me que o dono da Energie Ă© tĂŁo rico que nĂŁo quer saber do mercado portuguĂȘs. Se desprezam os Portugueses porque razĂŁo nos vendem sistemas carĂssimos que se partem pouco tempo? E porque razĂŁo anda a Energie a candidatar-se a subsidios? E porque razĂŁo clamou a Energie que eu pouparia milhares de Euros em energia quando na verdade qualquer poupança Ă© temporĂĄria e logo se perde na manutenção que os sistemas necessitam. Isto Ă©, alĂ©m de se partirem. Que empresa vende a um cliente um depĂłstio de ĂĄgua sabendo que este pode explodir a qualquer momento?
Energie sold me three sanitary water heating systems.
I bought two systems from your seller, the other one came with the house. The systems that sold me do not use solar panels, as Energie claims. It is a lie to earn money. What is used is gas that is heated on a panel. The three systems failed. Energie Lda never responded to my requests for help and it NEVER DEFINED TO RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINTS I MADE FROM THE SYSTEMS. Two of the systems I was forced to replace with normal water heating. The other system was forced to replace the panel where the gas heats up. One of the systems spilled 250l of water into the house. Energie knew that the glass deposit was a danger but to make more profit they sold me a deposit that soon exploded. Nobody in the company deigned to explain to me why they made false advertising and deceived me. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE ARROGANT. One of them told me that the owner of Energie is so rich that he doesn't want to know about the Portuguese market. Do the Portuguese despise themselves because they sell expensive systems that break in a short time? And why is Energie applying for subsidies? And because Energie claimed that I would save thousands of Euros in energy when in reality any savings are temporary and soon get lost in the maintenance that the systems need. That is, in addition to breaking. Which company sells a water tank to a customer knowing that it can explode at any time?

â â â â â Em 2004 adquiri um sistema termodinĂąmico da Energie, que foi instalado por tĂ©cnicos da prĂłpria empresa e que me custou cerca de 2800 âŹ. O meu sistema estĂĄ neste momento avariado pois jĂĄ teve que levar trĂȘs compressores por avaria sistemĂĄtica. Neste momento tenho ĂĄgua quente apenas pela ligação Ă corrente elĂ©trica com o prejuĂzo da fatura de eletricidade que me fica carĂssima. ApĂłs vĂĄrios contactos com a empresa esta nunca se dignou resolver-me a raiz do problema, pois o Ășltimo tĂ©cnico que me visitou alegou que a montagem tinha sido mal feita e que era melhor comprar um sistema novo, oferendo-me 400 ⏠pela retoma do meu aparelho, por novo que agora custa mais de 3000 âŹ. Como o sistema tem estado quase sempre em avaria, considero que teve muito pouco desgaste por funcionamento, pelo que, nĂŁo aceitei a solução. Se o sistema foi mal montado Ă© obrigação da empresa desmontar e voltar a montar corretamente. Assim, estou em condiçÔes de alertar para a mĂĄ qualidade do equipamento e da assistĂȘncia tĂ©cnica (ou a falta dela), que nĂŁo garantem o produto anunciado pela empresa. Fica aqui o meu depoimento pĂșblico.
In 2004 I acquired a thermodynamic system from Energie, which was installed by the company's own technicians and cost me around ⏠2800. My system is currently broken because it has had to carry three compressors due to systematic failure. At this moment I have hot water only for the connection to the electric current with the damage of the invoice of electricity that makes me very expensive. After several contacts with the company this never deigned to solve the root of the problem, because the last technician who visited me claimed that the assembly had been poorly made and that it was better to buy a new system, offering me ⏠400 for the resumption of the my device, for a new one that now costs more than 3000 âŹ. As the system has almost always been broken, I consider that it had very little wear and tear on operation, so I did not accept the solution. If the system has been improperly assembled it is the company's obligation to disassemble and reassemble properly. Thus, I am able to warn of the poor quality of the equipment and the technical assistance (or lack thereof), which do not guarantee the product announced by the company. Here is my public testimony.

No entanto o que mais me indigna Ă© a falta de resposta da empresa, com total desprezo aos clientes. I'm looking for a system like this to set up in houses, but with these complaints, it's a no-brainer. However, what infuriates me most is the company's lack of response, with total contempt for customers. When there are answers, it could still be questioned whether the problem was with the consumer, but then there seems to be no doubt. IF IT'S AS THEY SAY HERE, IT'S A SHAME FOR MOSSO COUNTRY

Aliado à reduzida manutenção é uma marca que aconselho.
I have an ENERGIE equipment for sanitary hot water, it's been 10 years, nothing against it, on the contrary, everything in favor. Low energy consumption to heat water to 55ÂșC.

â â â â â BUYER BEWARE. Terrible product and terrible service. I visited a friend's house THREE times this year in Portugal (one of the times for a period of 4 weeks) and I had the unfortunate experience of having to get my hot water from ENERGIEâs water heater in her house. The water takes a full day to heat after the tank is used and even then itâs barely warm. My friend has called and emailed the company multiple times (I have been present for many of these communications) and the company does not respond. How can a company operate like this? DO NOT buy any products from ENERGIE. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

Bought a thermodynamic hot water system in the UK. Worked fine for 3 years then stopped. Was then told the system was obsolete and I would have to have a new system. Then later told by another person that I could have service call at ÂŁ420 just to turn up, any work would be extra. Having already suffered lies and attempted extortionate "Service" charge, I decided not to waste any more money. No response ever from the manufacturers and UK agents won't do anything unless it involves big money! Overall. liars supplying poor unreliable equipment. Avoid!
