★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! Desde o atraso na entrega dos pedidos, sem qualquer organização, sem contacto com os clientes, sem formação no atendimento ao cliente. Apresentei reclamação escrita no livro de reclamações após aguardar 4 meses a entrega de um serviço de costura. Ficaram com o tecido, não me entregaram almofadas que mandei fazer, tentaram impedir-me de realizar a reclamação. Fui ofendida e injuriada pela funcionária. Aguardo decisão da reclamação apresentada nas entidades reguladoras. Não aconselho a ninguém esta lavandaria.
Poor service! From the late delivery of orders, without any organization, without contact with customers, without training in customer service. I lodged a written complaint in the complaint book after waiting 4 months for a sewing service to be delivered. They kept the fabric, didn't give me pillows that I had made, tried to stop me from making the claim. I was offended and insulted by the employee. I await decision of the complaint filed with regulatory authorities. I do not advise anyone this laundry.
