★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descargas muito lentas, rigorosos na hora de descarga (marcação), depois na descarga já não são tao rigorosos. Dia 26/01/2022 Cheguei às 11;40 com descarga marcada para as 13:00 horas, mandaram sair e colocar o camião na rua. Regressei à hora marcada, 15 minutos antes, após alguma insistência mandaram encostar, 13:15, encostei o camião ao cais, assim ficou até acabar o turno, 14;00 horas, foram embora sem dar qualquer satisfação. O turno seguinte entrou e descarregou o camião em 5 minutos, muito atenciosos em contraste com o turno anterior. Estamos a falar de 4 paletes.
O camião que estava no cais ao lado tinha marcação para as 17;00 horas e às 14:00 horas já estava na rua.
Ao lado tinha outro camião a descarregar, não tiraram a régua de travamento e pararam a descarga a meio, nem se dignaram avisar o motorista, esteve 1 hora sem descarregar.
Perante isto acho que devem rever os procedimentos,

On 01/26/2022 I arrived at 11:40 with unloading scheduled for 1:00 pm, they ordered me out and put the truck on the street. I returned at the appointed time, 15 minutes before, after some insistence they ordered to pull over, 1:15 pm, I pulled the truck over to the pier, so it stayed until the end of the shift, 2:00 pm, they left without giving any satisfaction. The next shift came in and unloaded the truck in 5 minutes, very attentive in contrast to the previous shift. We are talking about 4 pallets.
The truck that was on the dock next door had an appointment for 5 pm and at 2 pm it was already on the street.
Next to it there was another truck to be unloaded, they didn't remove the locking ruler and stopped the unloading in the middle, they didn't even deign to warn the driver, it was 1 hour without unloading.
In view of this, I think they should review the procedures,
