Friendly and helpful staff. The facilities are well located, next to Jardim José de Lemos. They do not have ATMs for payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disseram que o apto está por alugar, contactei, marquei visita. Na última da hora disseram que já era. Fui saber que ainda estava por alugar. No fim não percebo,falta de profissionalismo.
They said that the apartment is for rent, I contacted, I scheduled a visit. At the last minute they said it was over. I came to know that it was still to be rented. In the end I don't understand, lack of professionalism.

Não recomendo.
Não gostei não voltaria a comprar nenhum imóvel na ERA. Ainda hoje aguardo o retorno de documentos.
