★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha um imóvel a venda que a ERA através de um cliente seu, reservou ao fim de um mês o cliente desistiu e a reserva não me foi entregue.
Neste processo a ERA nunca foi transparente, primeiro marcavam o CPCV para um dia depois já não era esse dia. Em relação ao cliente interessado, primeiro não tinha problemas de dar entrada, visto que o banco não emprestava os 100% ao fim o cliente não tinha entrada para dar e desistiu. Fiquei com o imóvel sem mostrar a potências compradores durante um mês, fui prejudicado por esta imobiliária, que prestou um péssimo serviço
