Empresa com funcionários educados e prestativos, pontuais na hora que marcam para entrevista ou mostrar algum imóvel, terreno para venda ou locação, pena que os preços estejam um pouco altos mas a culpa é mesmo do mercado imobiliário. Mas aconselho a quem procura de imóvel pra alugar, comprar ou mesmo vender visto que a comissão deles não é alta.

You will be the judge I approached the front desk of this business to ask if there was any land for sale with sea views and a possibility to build a house I was then introduced to the sales agent Who asked for my personal details I replied, I am sorry but the reason I came in is to enquire if the agency has land available for sale I do not feel comfortable giving personal information unless you have what I am looking for To my surprise and quite choked the agent very agitated got up from his chair and asked me to immediately leave the premises because according to him I was being very rude It took me a while to compose myself from this unexpected abnormal freeky behaviour Very agitated I left Later on I decided to go back and report this incident to the management To my surprise the manager after lessoning to my description of the unfortunate incident turned around and told me maybe I was to blame I couldn’t believe what I was hearing Let’s assume for a moment that even if I was at fault there is no excuse for the agent to behave in that aggressive manner That place is a business with an open door dealing with clients at no time nor the customers nor the employees deserve to be treated disrespectful I would have been better off looking at their website first and then perhaps approached them Before seeking them I aproched other agency’s around the same area for the same business purpose and none of them asked for my personal details on the contrary I was treated with respect and they did all they could to find what I was looking for very helpful indeed To ERA Rua Do Comercio Olhao the business in question I leave a word off caution and please be aware save yourselves some grief There are other Realestate agencies in the same area that are more worthy of your time
