Ontem questionei a vendedora, que está de baixa sobre como é o procedimento, já que nas 2 ocasiões não vimos 1 centimo na conta ,e não nos deixam a par de nada ,esse mesmo imóvel compramos com eles ,reformamos e agora há 2 anos colocamos a venda .Talvez pelo fato de eu ser brasileira me tratam com indiferença a ponto de dizerem que já falaram com meu esposo ,sinceramente eu estou decepcionada com o tratamento que venho recebendo, já que quando venderam o sinal não voltava para mim tem alguém tendo lucro e não somos nós os proprietários. Eu espero de coração esclarecimento por parte da Era ,já que eles estão até com a escritura do imóvel pois atrasaram tanto pra nós fazerem os documentos que não deu tempo de esperar e não nos enviaram .É tudo muito estranho.
For the second time I have the house reserved!!! Yesterday I questioned the seller, who is low on how the procedure is, since on 2 occasions we didn't see 1 cent on the account, and they don't let us know about anything, we bought this same property with them, we renovated and now 2 years ago we put it the sale. Maybe because I'm Brazilian, they treat me with indifference to the point of saying they've already talked to my husband, I'm honestly disappointed with the treatment I've been receiving, since when they sold the down payment it didn't come back to me. and we are not the owners. I heartily await clarification from the Era, since they even have the deed of the property because they delayed so much for us to do the documents that there was no time to wait and they didn't send it to us. It's all very strange.
