They work well and are professionals. They ask for 2 rents for rent (other ERAs ask for 3). But they also always ask for guarantor ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foreigners beware.....These guys will help you buy a property.......which is fine!....They do this quite well....!
But the problem comes when they recommend a local builder!
The builder is a crook and confidence trickster!.....He will rob you!....(and they will quite happily enable this!)
One such builder is a guy called Marco from Setubal (Marquilandro Ferreira)

2900 364 Setubal.)
(he now runs a painting business called Prestativa Servicos.... You have been warned. In any other country he would be in jail!)
So beware.....find your own builder! Never give money in advance
