Cama,roupa de cama e de banho, almofadas de boa qualidade.Sossegado.Simpatia.
Apenas um pouco longe da praia.
 Reasonably sized facilities.
Bed, bed linen and towels, good quality pillows.
Just a little far from the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Очень уютно! Только пахнет сыростью в номерах. Тихо и чисто. До центра идти минут 25. Магазинов рядом нет,только заправка. Идти в гору,но можно сократить чуток срезать на заправке.
Very cozy! Only smells damp in the rooms. Quiet and clean. It takes about 25 minutes to go to the center. There are no shops nearby, just a gas station. Go uphill, but you can cut a bit to cut at a gas station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi um hotel, e hoje existem vários apartamentos para alugar, seja por dia ou por um período maior.
Das 3 piscinas, 2 estão totalmente renovadas, e estão restaurando a menor delas. Está lindo!
Fica ao lado da Billabong e perto do mar, para quem gosta de surf.
Recomendo.
It was a hotel, and today there are several apartments to rent, either by day or for a longer period.
Of the 3 swimming pools, 2 are totally renovated, and they are restoring the smallest of them. It's cute!
It is next to Billabong and near the sea, for those who like surfing.
Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O empreendimento não está explorado em todo o seu potencial, havendo espaços vazios e estruturas de apoio que não estão a funcionar. Há ainda alguns problemas de isolamento acústico. A área da piscina é agradável assim como o estúdio em que ficámos alojados.
The enterprise is not exploited to its full potential, with empty spaces and support structures that are not working. There are still some problems with sound insulation. The pool area is nice as is the studio in which we stayed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício está a precisar de alguns restauros, não está conforme fotos apresentadas, a piscina é formidável, embora precise só de um pouquinho mais de limpeza nas extremidades, em relação à segurança nas garagens deixa um pouco a desejar. Quanto ao apartamento que ficamos fiquei desiludida, menciona no site que temos todos os utensílios de cozinha, não correspondeu, quase não tinha panelas e as que tinha estavam todas sujas, quando nos informaram de que estava tudo limpo, alguns dos pratos tinham restos de comida colados pela parte de trás ainda, a sanita estava "escura" no fundo (com um pouco de lixívia consegui pô-la braca) as almofadas da cama para dormir estavam todas cheias de manchas amarelas e o colchão era desconfortável, a mesa de varanda estava toda gasta e mal cuidada e tinha também uma cadeira "poltrona" de varanda toda mal cuidada... enfim... o apartamento foi uma desilusão, mas a vila da ericeira e arredores valeram a viagem.
The building is in need of some restoration, it is not in accordance with the photos presented, the pool is formidable, although it only needs a little more cleaning at the edges, in relation to the security in the garages it leaves a little to be desired. As for the apartment we stayed in, I was disappointed, mention on the website that we have all the kitchen utensils, it didn't match, there were almost no pots and the ones that were all dirty, when they informed us that everything was clean, some of the dishes had leftover food glued on the back, the toilet was "dark" at the bottom (with a little bleach I managed to put it in white) the bed pillows were all full of yellow stains and the mattress was uncomfortable, the balcony table was all worn and badly cared for and also had a chair "armchair" on the balcony all badly cared for ... anyway ... the apartment was a disappointment, but the village of ericeira and its surroundings were worth the trip.
