E no meu caso, tive um excelente atendimento e sempre bom acompanhamento, mesmo estando longe do país. No momento do exame de condução, o profissionalismo e dedicação e atenção do instrutor Tiago, foi excelente para obter um resultado positivo . Só tenho a referenciar qualidades e profissionalismo de toda a equipa que trabalha com bom senso, coerência e todos os cuidados necessários perante esta crise sanitária. Parabéns a toda a equipa!!!! Depois de estar inscrito à mais de 3 meses, depois de realizar 6 aulas de condução, depois de marcar e pagar o exame teórico, descubro no dia do exame que necessito de licença de aprendizagem. Informação dada pela responsável pelo exame que ia fazer no centro de exames de porto de mós. Descubri também que precivava da licença de aprendizagem para realizar as aulas práticas, pelo que concluo ao dizer que estive em formação de forma ilegal e ninguém quis saber! Estão habituados a lidar com adolescentes que são faceis de culpabilizar pela inexperiência que teem, e como é claro, quando se neglegencia um serviço de forma grotesta e repetitiva, é natural que as lacunas apareçam. Despois de tudo ainda se recusaram a reembolsar o que já paguei, talvez na esperança que eu fosse facilmente manipulado a voltar a usufruir dos serviços deles, como certamente estão habituados a fazer. Reclamação feita e a aguardar resposta das entidades competentes .
