★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em Dezembro de 2020 dirigi-me a esta escola para comprar um teclado para um familiar. Sou leiga no assunto e por isso confiei em quem supostamente percebe do assunto.
A funcionária com a maior simpatia indicou-me um teclado pelo valor de 150€ e eu, obviamente, confiei.
Quando ofereci o item ao meu familiar, o mesmo perguntou-me o preço para saber qual o modelo que eu tinha oferecido. Qual o meu espanto quando vou à internet e encontro exatamente o mesmo teclado a um preço máximo de 60€. Dirigi-me a várias lojas físicas e o preço nunca ultrapassava os 60€.
Como é óbvio, dirigi-me também a esta loja e expliquei a situação, dizendo que preferia então trocar por outro teclado que equivale-se a um preço justo para a qualidade. Até ao dia de hoje enrrolaram-me com justificações pobres e a única coisa que posso dizer, não podendo reclamar do preço porque cada um pratica o que quer, é para não comprarem nada nesta loja, serão certamente enganados se não percebem do assunto.
Indico ainda o item que comprei: foi um teclado Alesis V25, podem procurar em qualquer loja e verificar o preço. Esta loja levou mais de 100% de margem de lucro às minhas custas, não caiam no mesmo erro.
In December 2020 I went to this school to buy a keyboard for a family member. I'm a layman on the subject and so I trusted those who supposedly understand the subject.
The employee with the greatest sympathy indicated me a keyboard for the value of 150 € and I, of course, trusted.
When I offered the item to my family member, he asked me the price to find out which model I had offered. What is my surprise when I go to the internet and find exactly the same keyboard at a maximum price of 60 €. I went to several physical stores and the price never exceeded 60 €.
Obviously, I also went to this store and explained the situation, saying that I would then prefer to exchange it for another keyboard that is equivalent to a fair price for quality. To this day, I have been put up with poor justifications and the only thing I can say, not being able to complain about the price because everyone practices what they want, is to not buy anything in this store, they will certainly be deceived if they do not understand the matter.
I also indicate the item I bought: it was an Alesis V25 keyboard, you can look in any store and check the price. This store took over 100% profit margin at my expense, don't fall into the same mistake.
