Poor management simply. To check in at a group accommodation, Quinta do Moinho de Vento (point A) we had to go to the Duna Parque Hotel Group (point B), just to fill in documents and after being on the street, waiting 45 minutes for check in, return to point A to collect the accommodation key. This almost at opposite ends of the village. Measures taken by management not as a preventive measure to Covid19 but as a group procedure. What was still worth was the speed and availability of the employees to try to resolve the situation, as we were already considering canceling the reservation. Everything was resolved but it was marked.

Super professional service, excellent appearance of the space and the attire of the employees who are always available to help. Easy to access and with parking nearby. There are several centers, from residences to hotels, with a restaurant almost on the beach, residences in a quiet area and much more, all to provide us with the best. I got this experience taking advantage of the promotion of Valentine's Day 2020, I stayed at the residence peppermint. The residence had an excellent private terrace overlooking the pool, ideal for a snack. Excellent cleaning, with fruit available in the kitchen, a bottle of water and a bottle of white wine. All the necessary utensils to cook in case I chose it and I chose, a living room and bed arranged for the occasion. Included in the promotion was a romantic dinner with the best buffet I have ever been to, offering a relaxing massage for 2, spa, indoor pool and much more. 5 ***** service for the 3 *** announced at a price of € 2 **. I don't want to go on much longer, I would like to say thank you very much, everything was excellent. I went and I insist on going back one day. To those who have not yet been, I say do not waste time, if you are looking for a vacation, weekend or for any other reason with the best price / quality, close to one of the most beautiful beaches, with a beach to lose sight of, I tell you ... Group To be avoided !!!! TO BE AVOIDED !!! A EVITAR !!! Check in made at 1 place to go to another place ... the address was not even ... not well informed ... we went around in circles ... no one on site !! excessive price with beautiful photos swimming pool / jacuzzi sauna to arrive to be placed in a room which is none other than a recovered garage ... the terrace is therefore the front of the old garage which gives directly on the super noisy main street !! The pseudo terrace is not even furnished with a table or something! Nothing at all!!! The French windows are not even soundproof .... when we saw this room WE ASKED TO CHANGE AND the answer was if you had booked 2 nights we could have moved you ... other rooms available with a real terrace ... result FOR SURE we will not come back !!
