★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui Muito mal recebido e não consegui tratar do que precisava mesmo tendo hora marcada. Quando marquei o dia e a hora recebi um SMS a dizer o sitio onde me devia dirigir e quando lá cheguei disseram-me que era noutro sitio e eu fui para o outro sitio e quando cheguei voltaram-me a dizer que era no sitio onde eu já tinha estado. Resumindo e concluindo o serviço foi péssimo
I was very poorly received and I couldn't take care of what I needed even though I had an appointment. When I set the date and time I received an SMS saying the place where I should go and when I got there they told me it was another place and I went to the other place and when I arrived they told me again that it was where I was had already been. Summarizing and concluding the service was terrible

MAS ATENÇÃO: para menores de 25 anos não é possível fazer o Cartão do Cidadão porque é um “espaço do cidadão” e não uma “loja do cidadão”.
They work well by appointment.
BUT ATTENTION: for those under 25 years of age, it is not possible to obtain a Citizen's Card because it is a “citizen's space” and not a “citizen's shop”.
