Ao fim de 4 dias, sabado de manha recebo um telefonema de um estafeta a referir que ia entregar a encomenta, 5 minutos depois recebo um email a confirmar a entrega, que nao foi entregue! Contactei de imediato o apoio ao clinte da espirito rebelde, a informar o ocorrido, a senhora catie vieira( que percebi que é funcionária), atendeu e a primeira reação foi dizer"vou ver com a empresa de entregas se é verdade o que está a dizer". É inexplicável a postura comercial desta empresa. Percebi ( 10 dias depois) que a entrega foi feita num restaurante , um quarteirão de distância da morada de entrega. No entretanto varios emails trocados sempre com u.a postura mesquinha e tacanha. Fiz uma encomenda e paguei na hora de almoço da parte da tarde foi uma pessoa de propósito levantar a encomenda, que recusaram entregar pois demora de 1 a 2 dias úteis a preparar a encomenda que são 50 frascos gente!? Se fosse uma encomenda grande ainda compreendia agora 2 posições num total de 50 frascos!? Quando liguei a questionar o responderam com a maior frieza e arrogância que é assim que funcionam , pois bem não devem faltar outras empresas a vender estes produtos e como esta empresa não parece precisar de clientes não comprarei mais aqui. Ainda tiveram o desplante de me responder a um email meu dizendo que não me iam passar à frente dos outros clientes, o que é curioso é que se tivesse ido à loja fazia a compra e trazia tudo na hora, aí ja não seria passar na mesma à frente dos outros?Enfim má vontade......
