A faltar mais de 1 hora para fechar não mostraram qualquer vontade de atender, e daí o corte não ter ficado como esperado. Nunca mais volto. Bad environment, arrogant and cynical employees. Missing more than 1 hour to close did not show any desire to attend, so the cut was not as expected. I'll never be back.

Fui atendida de forma excelente, frisando a cabeleireira cujo nome é Alexandra que me tratou do cabelo que foi magnífica! I can only comment on the hairdresser located on the Sintra forum and of which I have nothing to point out. I was treated very well, emphasizing the hairdresser whose name is Alexandra who treated me the hair that was magnificent!

Questionei o sucedido e a cabeleireira respondeu que era um corte com “pontas duplas” ou algo do género, porém não foi nada disso que pedi pelo que a cabeleira acertou-me o cabelo com a máquina e ficou como tinha pedido inicialmente. De realçar que se tivesse cortado logo como pedi, não tinha que me tirar mais uns quantos centímetros de cabelo. Por fim, ao pagar, fiquei surpreendida com o valor total ( Eur 43,50) para o corte e brushing . O valor é completamente absurdo para a qualidade deste cabeleireiro. Não recomendo e não voltarei! I went to cut the ends and asked for a straight cut. To my astonishment, when I saw the cut behind the hair was uncertain, with some lines longer than the others. I questioned what happened and the hairdresser replied that it was a "double-ended" cut or something, but that's not what I asked for, so the mane straightened my hair with the machine and stayed as I had originally requested. It should be noted that if I had cut as soon as I asked, I did not have to remove a few inches of hair. Finally, when paying, I was surprised by the total amount (Eur 43.50) for the cut and brushing. The value is completely absurd for the quality of this hairdresser. I do not recommend and will not be returning!

Fui ao bela vista era próximo as 18:00, o moço já estava quase em seu horario de sair, mas cortou meu cabelo além da sua hora de trabalho, me tratou muito bem, e o corte ficou otimo, em 46 anos de idade nunca me cortaram assim parabenizo a empresa por terem funcionários assim... I went to the beautiful sight was around 18:00, the boy was almost time to leave, but cut my hair beyond his working hours, treated me very well, and the cut was great, 46 years old never they cut me like this I congratulate the company for having employees like this ... Won another customer. 5 star employee

O trabalho no cabelo ficou fantástico e percebi que realmente existe rigor no que estão a fazer, não fazem nada à pressa para despachar. Um ambiente muito confortável, com funcionários realmente agradáveis de passar o tempo e que trabalham impecavelmente. Nada a apontar, só a agradecer! Very receptive employees, who really care about the client's well-being. The hair work was fantastic and I realized that there is really rigor in what they are doing, they do nothing in a hurry to dispatch. A very comfortable environment, with really nice employees to spend time and work impeccably. Nothing to point out, just thank you!
