★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A senhora que faz o atendimento ao balcão super mal educada! Recebi um postal de levantamento do CC onde indicava que o fecho do posto é às 18h, no entanto saí do trabalho a correr às 17h e finalmente consegui chegar às 17:30h, quando me deparo com a senhora que faz o atendimento a dizer que já não me atendia e para além de me virar costas, não quer ouvir o que eu queria perguntar. SUPER ARROGANTE E MAL EDUCADA!
Vou estar fora nós próximos dias como faço para levantar o CC que tem de ser o próprio a levantar????
The lady who does the service at the counter is very rude! I received a survey card from the CC indicating that the post is closed at 6 pm, however I left work to run at 5 pm and finally managed to arrive at 5:30 pm, when I come across the lady who makes the call saying that she has already he didn't answer me and besides turning my back, he doesn't want to hear what I wanted to ask. SUPER ARROGANT AND EVIL EDUCATED!
I will be out for the next few days how do I lift the CC that has to be lifted himself ????
