O staff é 5 estrelas.
O que me irrita mesmo é a velha que compra a raspadinha e passa-me a frente.
Depois admiram-se de serem abandonados num lar....

What really irritates me is the old woman who buys the slushie and passes it on to me.
Then they are surprised to be abandoned in a home....
