Foram enviadas 2 encomendas, uma com destino a S.João da Talha (já entregue desde a semana passada) e a de Vialonga ainda não recebida. Os cheques da Segurança Social, que foram enviados a 28 de Abril, ainda não recebidos..Metam funcionários, se não têm capacidade.
How is it possible for an order to take so long to be delivered? Two orders were sent, one destined for S. João da Talha (delivered since last week) and the one for Vialonga not yet received. The Social Security checks, which were sent on April 28, have not yet been received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este tipo de serviços não devem estar fechados a hora de almoço. Torna se inútil ter uma agencia aberta se não pode prestar os serviços mínimos. Com pessoas em fila no exterior a espera.
This type of service should not be closed at lunchtime. It becomes useless to have an open agency if it cannot provide the minimum services. With people queuing outside waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os CTT bloquearam a receção da correspondencia num prédio porque a morada foi alterada e os moradores sem ter um ofício como o nome da rua e número de porta foi alterada. Espero não ter dívidas com coimas, mas espero encomenda fora da União Europeia.Terei que resolver o assunto por outras vias legais.
CTT blocked the reception of correspondence in a building because the address was changed and the residents without having a letter such as the street name and house number were changed.
