Cheguei a um sábado às 20 horas a este parque para revalidar um cartão de estacionamento por uma semana,deparei-me com um ( volto já)
No vidro do guiche, um número de telefone que para o qual liguei e conseguia ouvir no interior. Existia mais dois números que ao ligar ia sempre para o atendedor.
Desisti de ligar
Também existia um horário das 09:00 às 23 horas.
Às 22:45 voltei ao local liguei tudo na mesma,aguardei até às 23h ninguém apareceu.
No domingo de manhã voltei e ninguém no local o telemóvel tocava no interior, liguei para um dos outros números que me informaram que o funcionário começava às 15 horas.
Voltei às 15:00 tudo na mesma liguei para o número que atendia (em Lisboa) que me informou que ia ligar para o respectivo funcionário.
Contactou-me de seguida a dizer que afinal hoje este não ia trabalhar só amanhã segunda feira.
Bem voltei na segunda feira e lá resolvi o assunto.
Conclusão este parque dá informação falsa em todos os panfleto que tem expostos no guiche, ao fim de semana não tem funcionário para resolver sejo o que for.
Infelizmente existem locais que mostram muita falta de profissionalismo e de boas práticas para com os clientes como é o caso deste parque de estacionamento.
 A negative experience with the operation of this park:
I arrived on a Saturday at 8 pm at this park to revalidate a parking card for a week, I came across one (I'll be right back)
On the window of the window, a phone number that I called and could hear inside. There were two more numbers that always went to the answering machine when calling.
I gave up calling
There was also an opening from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm.
At 22:45 I returned to the place, I turned everything on, I waited until 23:00, no one showed up.
On Sunday morning I came back and no one in the place, the cell phone was ringing inside, I called one of the other numbers that informed me that the employee started at 3 pm.
I came back at 15:00 all the same I called the number that answered (in Lisbon) who informed me that I was going to call the respective employee.
He contacted me right away to say that after all today he wouldn't work only tomorrow on Monday.
Well I came back on Monday and there I resolved the matter.
Conclusion this park gives false information in all the pamphlets that are displayed at the booth, on the weekend there is no employee to resolve anything.
Unfortunately there are places that show a lot of lack of professionalism and good practices with customers, such as this car park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparcamiento ideal y muy bien situado amplio cómodo y económico un 10.Mi enhorabuena a las autoridades de Albufeira por pensar en lo importante que es hacer aparcamiento cerca de las playas y sitios turísticos, esto favorece que podamos disfrutar y hacer un gasto en restaurantes y tiendas también cuando no estamos de vacaciones y vamos de paso, para esto tenemos que tener un sitio cómodo donde parar que esté cerca de estos lugares.recomendable ?X?
Ideal parking and very well located, spacious, comfortable and economical a 10. My congratulations to the authorities of Albufeira for thinking about how important it is to park near the beaches and tourist sites, this favors that we can enjoy and spend money in restaurants and shops also when we are not on vacation and we are passing through, for this we have to have a comfortable place to stop that is close to these places. recommended ?X?
