We spent 5 nights there with our children, the lady is very friendly, there are essentials and the price is very affordable.

Reasonable for the price that could give some more conditions

I made a reservation on the 6th of June with Mrs. Ana around 22:30 for two friends with 3 children, on the 7th I returned to the form screen I spoke again with Mrs. Ana to inform the name of the reservation, I informed them that the couple was traveling and that they would arrive late on Saturday 8 ! Note the detail that at no time did she mention that there would be times for arrival and that she would not have to pay the advance reservations, it turns out that these couples arrived at the Travel Inn. To the children who had died of sleep at about 1 o'clock, they had the worst possible reception: the person who attended them treated them under the dog, shouting that it was not time to arrive, that they did not even pay the reservation, that they were not going to stay with the empty rooms were waiting and they had already rented the rooms! On top of all this they slammed the window in their face saying let me sleep! After all, what's the point of a company that treats customers this way? NOTE 0! As the hotels in Póvoa are full due to the holiday, I had to accommodate them in my apt, as they were very tired, the poor children sleeping in the lap of their parents, because it was me who had made the reservation! The most unfortunate thing is that I phoned at this inn today and I spoke again with Sr Ana and she wanted to state that since no one came in contact and not to lose money they rented the rooms in a mercenary attitude, besides wanting to say that I had not left the phone, in fact she had my number, she came to return the first call and then we spoke again the next day and at no time did she mention that they had Czech time one and that she would have to pay in advance! I want to leave this registered so that the guests have a lot of attention if they ever want to risk staying at this establishment, after all this is no way to act and not professional in dealing with people and clients!

Very bad. Despite having problems with the reservation, the bedding was not the size of the bed, there was chewing gum on the pillow, the blanket that was in reserve was dirty and after asking for a wash one came smelling of mothballs. The lock didn't work well. Despite the lady's friendliness it was the worst experience I have ever had.
