Por 2 dias consecutivos cancelaram a ida do técnico a minha casa e no terceiro dia sabendo que so podia aguardar ate ás 18:00, esperei ate as 18:20 sem que ninguém tenha aparecido. estes senhores gozaram com o meu tempo e a minha vida pois estraguei 3 dias de ferias à espera de quem nunca apareceu. Depois de ter ligado 4 vezes (ao longo de um mês) para tentar agendar um serviço nunca foi possível marcar. Das últimas 2 vezes que liguei ficaram de me devolver as chamadas passado 2 minutos... nunca ligaram de volta. Mais valia serem honestos e dizerem que não estão interessados no serviço ou não têm agenda. Agora dizer eternamente "ligue para a semana" não funciona. The last 2 times I called, they left me to return the calls after 2 minutes ... they never called back. It is better to be honest and say that you are not interested in the service or have no agenda.
