I paid 20euros to wash and dry and it came out horrible. The person who attended me was not a hairdresser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible salon. Poorly trained and extremely rude staff. The price for a wash, cut and finish is listed on the door. Beware: this is not the final price. When you pay, the bill includes shampoo, conditioner, mouse, spray and anything else they may have used on your hair without asking. The final price will be more than 3x the original price for a cut and blow dry.
If you ask them to use your own shampoo and products as you do not like the brands they use, they still attempt to charge you even though you are not using any of their products.
They don't seem to understand how offensive this is to British customers: hairdressers in the UK quote one price for a cut and finish, which includes all products used during the wash & cut.
This salon is run by cheap, bleached blond, rude staff. It is a gypsy salon and I strongly advise that you avoid them.
There are far better hairdressers in Estoril / Cascais / Central Lisbon.
