★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 8-person group had a great lunch at the Mandarim today. Started with assorted dim sum. Although they have a long list, all pieces were fresh and tasty. Then the assorted main dishes were also great. Since we stuck to the basic dishes and had only three bottles of the house white, the total was under 25 euros a head including a generous tip.
Disclosure: Before moving to Cascais, we lived in the San Francisco area for 30 years. We know what great dim sum is.
9-Sep-21 update:
Our lunch bunch has been back three times since end of the Summer. Still great. One of our favorites, Vegetables over Crispy Noodles, is not on the menu - just ask! Also, their house white (B.S.E) is perfect with lunch at just 11 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food - peking duck, steamed bao, prawns in a beautiful setting. Service not as good as before due to Covid - no young staff. Also sad they still serve endangered food - birds nest & shark fin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dim sum is good but the noodles is terrible. Price is expensive but good quality. Nice atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better Chinese Restaurants in this area - unfortunately that's not saying much, because the standard of Chinese Restaurants in Portugal is abysmal - I've lived here for 4 years and have yet to find a good one.
In the UK this would be very average - the food is bland and extortionately priced.
It's a shame because the decor is very attractive and the location is stunning, service is fine and friendly the Chef is the problem - I can cook better at home.
Also with Asian food I like to order several dishes and share - this was a nightmare here because they put 4 of us on a tiny table - ruins the experience and is silly in such a large half empty premises.
Hot & Sour soup was neither hot nor sour, had to add lots of soy sauce to taste anything, Prawns in Hot sauce was the only good dish (not spicy but is tasty), I usually love Salt & Pepper Squid but their version was awful came in a sweet vanilla batter. Their Peking duck is OK but very expensive and they do not serve half portions which is very irritating if a small group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe the best you can do for Chinese food in Lisbon, but that's not saying much.
The dimsum is good.
They charge 3,5 per cup for tea, from the same pot, even if it's a kid wanting a taste. Same pot. This is not how it's done. There's a Chinese idiom for this kind of small time price gouging...the owner must know it well
