Atendimento péssimo pela funcionária da loja, nenhuma explicação a cerca do produto, fiz a compra na mesma, quando tentei trocar o produto que não se adaptava ao que eu pretendia e sem poder usufruir do mesma foi-me negada a troca. Ao abrigo do Decreto lei 67/2003 8 Abril /art. 9 n2, o consumidor também tem direitos, que pela funcionária da loja me foram negados. Após alguma insistência, a respectiva de maus modos, lá me trocou o equipamento. ATTENTION! A única compra que fiz foi a uns anos atrás, quando cheguei a casa fiz uma pesquisa na internet e por incrível que pareça, a maioria dos preços que vi eram muito mais baratos... inclusive um dele era quase a metade do preço. Na minha opinião, era bom tentarem comprar mais barato, para vender mais barato... porque "compre produtos com defeitos de estética, a preços mais baixos" acaba por ser um pouco publicidade enganosa. If the equipment they sell has aesthetic defects, then prices should be cheaper than any store they sell without defects. The only purchase I made was a few years ago, when I got home I did a search on the internet and, unbelievably, most of the prices I saw were much cheaper ... including one of them was almost half the price. In my opinion, it was good to try to buy cheaper, to sell cheaper ... because "buy products with aesthetic defects, at lower prices" turns out to be a little misleading advertising.
