After creating a submission, the process took too long, I was only able to proceed with the submission after contacting support. However, everything came right and well packaged.

I needed an order from Europe and it was sent to me in Brazil. I used the Euro Fast Box service twice and it was delivered on time and in perfect condition. All hassle free and efficient. I recommend.

Se tem encomenda com data marcada (ex: aniversario) não conte com o serviço. Apos fazer o pedido leva 24h a ser aceite, para depois escolher tipo de entrega (mesmo que seja uma só disponível). Dizem que deixam nos correiros em 48h mas a verdade é que levam mais. Foi entregue lá faz 10 dias, so me deixaram escolher envio expresso e no entanto ainda não recebi a encomenda e vamos para fim de semana.. They charge too much for the service they offer within the country. Contact by message leaves something to be desired. If you have an order with a scheduled date (eg birthday) do not count on the service. After placing the order, it takes 24 hours to be accepted, and then choose the type of delivery (even if only one is available). They say they leave it in the post in 48 hours but the truth is they take more. It was delivered there 10 days ago, they just let me choose express shipping and however I still haven't received the order and we're going to the weekend...
