★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau atendimento, perde-se imenso tempo pra tratar seja o que for! Se alguém estiver a tratar de uma qualquer situação mais ninguém fica ao corrente da mesma (no caso de ausência forçada, ex. baixa, todo o processo terá de ser re-iniciado!)
Até o ATM raramente tem envelopes o que evitaria ir ao balcão fazer depósitos!
Enfim: PÉSSIMO serviço!
 Bad service, a lot of time is wasted to deal with anything! If someone is dealing with any situation, no one else is aware of it (in the case of forced absence, eg low, the whole process will have to be started again!)
Even the ATM rarely has envelopes which would avoid going to the counter to make deposits!
Anyway: Lousy service!
