★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very difficult to get any kind of work performed, or indeed, even a response. I had to keep CCing one of their directors on emails for them to take any notice, and even then it took a couple of weeks to get a basic acknowledgement.
Only thing they did promptly was to invoice me for payment - which in fact they were so eager to do, they issued quarterly invoices within a month of each other, and I had to spend time correcting that.
The advice I did receive early on, when they were trying to get me to sign up for their service, was possibly illegal - "you can do this as the Financas never check". Of course if you followed their advice, you would be personally liable, not them, for the costs and fines.
No idea if they actually do anything in practice, as after 3 months I gave up trying to get them to provide the service I had paid for and went elsewhere. Apparently they had a good reputation previously due to the original owner who has since retired.
