Negative : don't expect any customer service from them. Not only here though , I found it all portugal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and efficient service. Because of the coronavirus restrictions I had to make a prior appointment for the car's inspection but, despite there being a seemingly constant stream of vehicles arriving, the staff did their best to keep to my appointment time. Recommended.
