Lleva cargando congelado dos hora en un muelle que no es para congelado , es de seco. para que tanto preenfriado y tiket de temperatura para empezar a cargar si no mantienen la cadena de frío. Tres hora cargando congelado y el frigo marcando -1 cº. Porque no consigue mantener la temperatura. Y después de cargar te dan los papeles cuando les da la real ganas.
 Terrible company. It has been loading frozen for two hours on a dock that is not for frozen, it is dry. so that both precooled and temperature tiket to start loading if they do not maintain the cold chain. Three hours loading frozen and the fridge marking -1 cº. Because it can't keep the temperature. And after loading they give you the papers when they really feel like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar un tanto caótico en su funcionamiento. El vigilante que estaba cuando fui era muy amable. Aseos a disposición del conductor y posibilidad de hacer las horas dentro de las instalaciones; aunque el viernes por la noche, poco antes de las 00:00 me despertó para decirme que tenían que cerrar la puerta y no podría salir después. El descanso acababa a las 4 de la mañana, por lo que tuve que moverme para continuarlo fuera.
También nos dieron una bolsa con pastelitos de Belem o algo parecido.
A somewhat chaotic place in its operation. The watchman who was there when I went was very friendly. Toilets available to the driver and the possibility of doing the hours within the facilities; although on Friday night, shortly before 00:00, he woke me up to tell me that they had to close the door and I couldn't go out afterwards. The break ended at 4 in the morning, so I had to move to continue it outside.
They also gave us a bag with cupcakes from Belem or something similar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 6-5-2019, pelas 8:15h, uma carrinha vossa , ao lado do Hotel 3K em Lisboa, bloqueou a minha viatura, legalmente estacionada, e o vosso empregado não só não pediu desculpa como ironizou pedindo para eu chamar a polícia. Pouco depois abandonou o local sem dizer nada. Dá uma má imagem da V. empresa e pode ter outras consequências nefastas no futuro.
On 6-5-2019, at 8:15 p.m., your van, next to the 3K Hotel in Lisbon, blocked my vehicle, legally parked, and your employee not only did not apologize but asked me to call the police. Shortly afterwards he left the place without saying anything. It gives a bad image of V. company and may have other dire consequences in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os motoristas não tem acesso a nada nem casas de banho. Tem um miserável contentor que nem água tem.. A carregar demoram bastante tempo que por vezes dá para fazer pausa de 9h.
Drivers do not have access to anything or toilets. It has a miserable container that doesn't even have water. It takes a long time to load and sometimes you can take a 9-hour break.
