Très déçu de Europcar : 1- on nous donne une voiture avec 128000 km , en sortant de Porto après 20 km en panne, j’ai téléphoné à la centrale à Lisbonne, on me dit ( on s’occupe de tout) nous sommes restés au bord de l’autoroute en tout cas pendant 2h20 , le taxi est arrivé assez vite mais la dépanneuse c’était une autre histoire. Nous avons été rapatriés de nouveau à Europcar à Porto, on nous a donné une nouvelle voiture, celle ci après le deuxièmes jours nous demande un service ???? ( indications sur l’ordinateur de bord) . Alors au lieu de rouler avec, aillant peur de casser quelques choses, j’ai retéléphoné à la centrale à Lisbonne : on me dit de la ramener à l’agence à Vila Real qu’ils vont s’en occuper . Je prend contact avec l’agence, je fais rendez-vous pour 14h30 , on me reçoit à 14h50 . Et on me rend la voiture à 16h30 ( on me dit que ça va environ 30 mn) Bref conclusion ; 2 après midi de perdue sur les vacances, pour des problèmes qui ne me concerne pas , les services de leurs voitures peuvent être fait entre deux réservations, une panne encore je peux comprendre, mais que pendant ma location je dois aller au garage pour un service.... expliquer moi ? J’ai envoyé un e-mail de réclamation à Europcar service clientèle . Mais rien...

I sent an e-mail complaint to Europcar customer service. But nothing...

Não esclarecem bem o cliente em relação ao preço final a pagar, nem outras dúvidas, a fatura demorou mais de uma semana....

A localização é boa e bem tranquila de achar, próximo às principais paradas de ônibus. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos e buscam sempre tentar solucionar eventuais problemas. O Carro veio sem problemas e com ótimo custo benefício comparado com as concorrentes. Enfim, para a região, sem sombra de dúvidas que é a melhor opção.
The location is good and well laid out, close to major bus stops. The staff are very attentive and always try to solve any problems. The car came without problems and at great cost compared to its competitors. Anyway, for the region, without a doubt that is the best option.
