★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Very convenient to Metro stop. Grocery stores and pharmacy nearby. The area has a student vibe and feels very safe. There is a good coffee shop nearby. Only 15 minutes drive from the airport but not next to the airport. Good parking is available in and next to the hotel for 8€ per day. Meals are available but none were included in the rate we had. Room has a safe.
Now for the peculiar things:
- although there is a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, stove, and a small supply of utensils, there is no coffee pot. There is a hot water electric kettle.
- when you leave the room and take your key card with you, ALL of the electrical outlets turn off. No charging electronics while you are out.
- we asked the evening desk clerk for a second key and she (young blonde girl with a bit of an attitude) said company policy was to only provide one key. In the morning, I asked a different clerk and received a second card with no question.
-the shower is a 'rain' shower head. Ok, if you like that. I did. My wife did not.
-If you like to read at night, the lights in the room are very dim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are decent but the staff are very disinterested. Basic necessities are not present like plug adaptors and coffee sachets in the room. There are only tea bags provided in the room, if you want coffee , you will have to pay for it 6 euros. Disappointing experience.coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and very large rooms. Them have microwave, and stove. It's a good place to visit Porto, because it is cheap and comfortable. However, the breakfast was a bit limited, with low variety, and the toasted doesn't work. For going to the downtown, you should take an underground-tram, and it takes 10 to 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good bedrooms and really good breakfast. The only thing is the location that is not too close to downtown or the lake, but the pro with that is that you can have free parking at the front of the hotel until 8am. Only complain would be that oranges in the breakfast have a weird taste, almost onion like taste lol. Staff could be a little more friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great chain of hotels, but this particular one is the lousiest in service.
Firstly the reception is not at all warm and welcoming. They did their jobs fine.. but all of them were grumpy.
The rooms are clean and comfortable - but the kitchenette does not have coffee, or milk sachets... I travel a lot and this is the first time the room did not have coffee. Well you can order a coffee pot that will cost you 8 euros.
The breakfast spread is ok, didn’t have cereals or many vegetarian options to choose from and once again - No coffee!! The coffee dispenser was empty on 2 consecutive days. Worse there is no one at the breakfast service you can go and speak to. All in all they can improve their service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I slept great in a super comfortable bed. Very spacious room, clean and tidy. First time in a long time I took a bath in a hotel room because often the tub is very uninviting but not here. Wonderful spa moment. Restaurant downstairs with good options, I ate there twice. Nice bar area, comfortable lounge area. Amazing staff: attentive and accommodating and above all very polite. Next time I'm in Porto, I'll book here again. Uber to the airport is 11 euros, Uber downtown is 9 euros. Metro is an option too.
