★ ★ ★ ★ ★ os bolos são óptimos, e o trabalho cuidado. Quanto a relação com os clientes, já não é bem assim. No meu caso, um bolo para um baptizado com níveis, 10 min depois da entrega já estava a desabar. A explicação é que estava muito calor - de facto estava - mas os segundo nível estava seguro por palitos o que potenciou o resultado final. Alem do mais o bolo devia ter entregue "desmontado" (já que era possível). O que mais me chocou foi a falta de humildade para reconhecer o problema, até porque o bolo devia de aguentar bem a viagem ate casa, onde ficou no fresco.
the cakes are great, and the work is taken care of. As for the relationship with customers, this is no longer the case. In my case, a cake for a christening with levels, 10 min after delivery was already falling apart. The explanation is that it was very hot - in fact it was - but the second level was secured by toothpicks, which enhanced the final result. Besides, the cake should have delivered "disassembled" (since it was possible). What shocked me the most was the lack of humility to recognize the problem, not least because the cake had to endure the trip home well, where it stayed in the cool.
