Very nice hotel. I loved the vibe. It doesn't seem kids friendly but rather a perfect spot for a weekend getaway for couples.

The service in the front desk it’s bad, when you ask for something it’s a problem they don’t know what they are doing the service in restaurant and house keeping its very good I like the hotel but I’ll never stay here again it’s expensive and not worth it

Cool hotel with impressive and all black decoration, one of the most Instagram-able pools I have seen, not only you can see pretty people taking shots for Instagram around it but also it's a cool pool with comfy Balinese beds around to relax. Breakfast it's good with good quality food maybe not too much variation from day to day. You can enjoy also snacks and good "tostas mistas" at the bar. Comfortable beds and clean rooms with nice shower visible from the bed.

Hotel of masses, with very small commune zones, old rooms and facilities. It needs urgent maintenance attention. This is the place where they don't care about if you like, and go by the book. Be ready to pay a large amount for a hotel in the middle of nowhere, far from the beach. Couldn't use the internal pool or the exterior pool during my two nights stay, because you have to get in the waiting line and it takes 3 hours if you are lucky to get your turn you can only stay 1,30 hour in the pool and a boy will ask you to leave. When was my turn was 8:00 PM and the water was cold. I tried but was impossible... The staff member that manages the waiting lines told me they cannot heat it and there was a problem. The pool and commune zones are dirty with the rest of the masks and papers on the floor, tables are not cleaned after each person. The smell of the hotel is made by a machine and is very very annoying. Because of the small commune zones and long waiting lines in the pool you either stay closed in your room or walk to Lidle. We choose this hotel because was mentioned was baby inclusive, but in the end, is not. It's only allowed babies and kids in the interior pool until 11:00, so you either stay in the room, go outside, or wait on the reception sofa. The decoration is very dark and scary. The cleaning products that are being used are very, very strong and gave me a headache... My baby cried for two hours because of the smell just after the cleaning. The only star goes to the restaurant and food. In the end, try to ask for a late check out because my baby needed to sleep and the answer was that is possible to give until 13:00... And afterward, they can't keep the luggage and I have to leave the premises and can' use the pool or anything, basically you are kicked off.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were quite big, and clean. Breakfast buffet is top notch. High variety, quite some fruit and possibility of having it on a balcony with a pool view. The pool is beautiful and quite amazing when not many people are there. If it gets a little busy the experience isn't as nice as the area is not that big. Staff is super nice as well. Overall recommended if you are planning to stay in the area and visit nearby beaches!

Nice spa facilities. Around the hotel there is not a lot to do but if you are looking for a hotel to have a nice relaxing spa/relax by the pool vacation this is a great place to go.

From what I think they once tried to be (a stylish qualitative hotel) this hotel has been downgraded under the lead of a terrible manager to a level where they try to compensate their revenue targets with hidden fees, a lack of service and attract guests with low(er) prices. We had a very bad experience and I absolutely do not recommend to stay here at all. There are much better alternatives close by, such as Aroeira Lisbon Hotel.
