C	Chris Davies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really fab hotel. Clean, modern, super staff and well located. Just a minute walk from the metro, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was really nice too. Highly recommend.
A	Andy Rossetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately everything went wrong. The location is just a little bit off. It’s gray and visually unpleasant. They first gave me a dark room with view to a construction site so i asked to move. Then they gave me one without a bath but with an acceptable view and warned me it might get hot because of the sun. So the a/c was on most of the time and I think that’s why the roof started leaking... when no one could fix it or come up from the reception I put towels on the floor not to slip again... One on the sockets didn’t work. The windows needed cleaning from the outside but then 2 days in a row I had window cleaners appearing suddenly in front of me... more and more... I decided to leave and asked for a refund. The STAFF was GREAT about it. Apologized and cause no trouble. I hope they fix what they need to upgrade the hotel... Breakfast good with great variety of excellent sweets. Didn’t have fresh vegetables at all though.
Y	Yevheniy Potupa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice and cozy place to stay. Good price and perfect location. Breakfast was also wonderful. The only thing that at the morning the road is loud, but if you are visiting for travel it's a good point to wake up earlier and have more time to explore Lisbon
D	Daniela Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff! Room is amazing for the price but please be aware of the noise as the rooms are not soundproof. The room is modern and very cozy. Breakfast made me and my boyfriend felt sick afterwards but either than that our stay was great. Location is perfect for tourists as it is close to almost everything there is to see in the city of Lisbon.

I stayed in a lot of hotels, both for business and holidays(this trip was holiday) , I am also quite critical in my reviews of them but this hotel was really good. The bed was perfect. Shower was great and the breakfast was awesome. The location is perfect, close to the metro and bus stations and also a supermarket is nearby ( reccomend to buy you water there before going into town). Staff is excellent: Our window didn't close completely so we immediately got a different room. And for the breakfast they were really nice and quick with filling up empty trays.

The hotel was basically empty but they put us in a smaller room with not so great view ( the view was to a building next to the hotel that is rotten and falling apart, not their fault tho). The shower had a very sensitive temperature adjustment so it basically was either cold or extremely hot. Everything else was great helped by their friendly staff!

M	Michael Evangelinakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our staying in the hotel was excellent. We appreciated the smart decorated and spotless room. Everything worked fine and the bed was really comfortable. Our room was daily cleaned and tidy up without us having asked for this. I haven’t seen this actually for many years. The staff both in the reception and breakfast hall were extremely helpful and even when under pressure the worked effectively and politely. Something worth to mention is, during the breakfast check in they gave plastic gloves to the people to serve themselves from the buffet and probably this implied that the hotel takes the covid measurements seriously. No one in the room was standing without mask and gloves. Also the location is ideal to explore the historical centre, either by walking 20 minutes or taking the transport for 2 stops.
