C	Carol Spalla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and modern hotel just outside Óbidos. Perfect to spend a night and have a relaxing evening after exploring the medieval/historical town all day. The two gentlemen and the lady at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful! I made a confusion with my booking, and booked a day after a day I actually wanted. They were 200% understanding and luckily had availability. Instead of a triple room they gave us a twin and a single room and price was the same (with breakfast) and we agreed I wouldnt have to pay for the room I wrongly booked. I was with my mom (who is over 65-yrs-old) and my auntie (who is over 75-yrs-old) and bless them! For one second I thought my mistake would cause them stress, but the guys at reception helped me immediately and professionally. It’s just one of those things that really makes the place special and makes you want to come back and recommend it to others! The hotel has outdoor and indoor/heated pool, a SPA, a restaurant, a really nice bar/lounge and trust me: the shower in the room is amazing!!!! Really recommend it!! Like I said, is a little bit outside the town, so you will need a car to get close to the entrance. I wouldnt say is walking distance. But since we had a rental, we didnt have any problems with that.

Plan to live with flies the whole time...including the breakfast (if you don’t mind eating the food after a gang of flies have had a feast on that...then you’ll be ok). Smell of humidity in some places due to the Spa. Best thing is the location for Obidos sightseeing and the staff.

Swimming pool cold, dirty, room temperature cold, wooden stretchers uncomfortable, decoration horrific (old plastic flowers??? Seriously!!!), Turkish bath closed. Television with horrendous image... Mold in the wall. Bathtub with some leak. Restaurant closed! 4 stars and charging for slippers, and rope??? Breakfast OK. Luckely staff is friendly!

This hotel is frequently plagued by flies (not a few, hundreds+) which not being their fault does hinder the experience and you should, as client, take into consideration. Rooms are OK. Staff seems short but nice. Quite a lot of mold and water damage visible. Breakfast is OK. All in all a bit unimpressive and in need of investment to truly claim those 4 stars.
L	Luis de Sousa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet place, good parking space and staff helpful. Rooms are simple and tidy, SPA only with indoor poll, sauna and a salt therapy room. There is an outdoor pool safety well. Breakfast is very nice and with great options. Only downsize was the flies in the room, and everywhere in the hotel which I had no idea where they came from, door and windows always closed, still they are seen. Bit of a nag, but no crime. Quiet and nice to rest.
