I called the school because I was having problems with my driving school in Lisbon and wanted to know if there was a way to transfer my case to Bragança, where I am from. The man who attended me was extremely friendly and helpful and told me how to solve the problem I was having with the school without needing any transfer. 5-star professionalism ?
